i Live is a uniquely flexible digital mixing system.
If your system has non standard IP addresses and is currently running 1.43 or lower, there is a small chance that it will not connect.
This does not affect units running 1.5 or later versions. If your system fails to connect to Surface and Mix Rack, press the Touch Screen Network Setup button on-screen then press Reset Network Settings – Apply – OK.
When the system connects, you can set your own IP address again. If your system still fails to connect, carry out these instructions to reset the network address.
Note – i DR-32 and i DR-48 Mix Rack firmware failing to update using i Live Editor We became aware of a manufacturing error which resulted in the incorrect boot code being used within certain IDR32 and i DR48 Mix Racks.
The code that has been used is the same as that used prior to the release of firmware version 1.5 and therefore does not support the use of i Live Editor to update the firmware within the Mix Rack.
